Welcome to New Hope.

We exist to be the very presence of Jesus Christ in the world. As a body of Christ-followers, we welcome seekers with questions, life challenges as well as fellow believers. We value family, worship, learning, growing, and fellowship with one another. Above all, we desire to be a community that shares the true love of Christ.

Join us Sunday mornings, 9:30 AM, as we journey through the Lenten season toward Holy Week and our Resurrection Celebration on Easter morning.  Pastor Dan Jelsma will challenge us to look to Jesus through the lens of some of the miracles He performed recorded in the Gospel of John which authenticated His earthly ministry as the Son of God.  Upcoming messages in the series include:

“Your Son Will Live”  (John 4:46-54)

“Nothing is Impossible”  (John 5:1-19)

“Let God Do the Math”  (John 6:1-13)

“The Grave Robber”  (John 11:17-44)

ALSO!  Join us for GOOD FRIDAY, April 14 at 7:00 PM for a meaningful, reflective service remembering the hours before Jesus went to the cross.

THEN, return on Easter morning, April 16 for New Hope’s “RESURRECTION CELEBRATION!”.   Early Praise & Worship at 7:30 AM,  Easter Breakfast (call 715-845-8541 for reservations – breakfast is free!),  and we’ll conclude the morning with our traditional Easter Service beginning at 9:30 AM.  Feel free to come and go as your Easter schedule allows, or spend the morning with us!

New Hope Community Church will be offering a 6-week series during the Sunday School hour (Sunday’s 11-11:50 AM) beginning January 29th.  We invite all marrieds to join us for worship on Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM (Pastor Dan Jelsma will be preaching messages that compliment the Sunday School class), then take part in the “Sacred Marriage” class at 11 AM.

Scores of books have been written that offer guidance for building the marriage of your dreams. Yet, what if God’s primary intent for your marriage isn’t to make you happy . . . but holy? And, what if your relationship isn’t as much about you and your spouse as it is about you and God? In this popular bestselling book, Gary Thomas uncovers how your marriage can become a doorway to a closer walk with God and each other. You will learn how to:

  • Turn marital struggles into spiritual and personal appreciation.
  • Love your spouse with a stronger sense of purpose.
  • Partner in the spiritual growth and character formation of your spouse
  • Transform a “tired” marriage into a relationship filled with awe and respect

Join us, Sunday mornings at NHCC for worship at 9:30 AM, then enhance your marriage by participating in the “Sacred Marriage” Sunday School class beginning January 29!  For more information, call 715-845-8541.
