Ministering to Women

Check the “Events” tab for information about women’s events.  A country kick-off outing is planned for November 3rd where we will reveal exciting new opportunities for ladies this year!  Mark your calendar for Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018! Invite a friend or sister-in-Christ to come along for the ride!  Details coming soon … so be sure to check back!

Last year’s events included …

Campfire & Stories:  A time for ladies to pull up a lawn chair, enjoy the campfire and share life’s stories with one another.  Refreshments provided.  This is a perfect opportunity to invite a friend and experience together the casual conversation of sisters-in-Christ.  Share about your summer, talk about answered prayers or how you see that God is alive and active. Or share when you felt distant from God and longed for a renewed connection with Him.  Encourage one another.  Fellowship with one another as one season gives way to another – summer draws to a close and the busyness of the Fall awaits on the horizon.

Fall Retreat – “Sweet Life Cafe”:   This interactive retreat is an experience that allows women to slow down and savor time with God and each other. It feels like a cozy day at your favorite coffee shop—where women can find rest, laugh, share their stories, and grow closer to each other and God.  “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry again. Whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.” —John 6:35

Ladies set theeir cares aside for one day.  We worshiped the Lord through uplifting music.  Engaged in small-group discussions that bring home the sweet life message.  Shared laughter. Savored personal devotional time with God.  And then were encouraged to extend sweet love to someone who needs Godly nourishment.

Annual 2510 Christmas Dessert & Coffee – Take a break from the shopping, programs and concerts, school festivals and family dinners and enjoy an evening of delicious desserts, fun & fellowship!  This annual dessert night is a favorite of Women’s Fellowship attendees!  Some sort of fun gift exchange provides for laughter and fellowship.
